Privacy Policy
Effective April 1, 2025. This policy describes the EasyGPL website and its WordPress assistance workspace.
1. Information used
The current HTML website does not authenticate accounts or collect login credentials. Its login form is not connected to an authentication service. When authentication is enabled, this policy must describe the provider and account information used before collecting credentials.
When you submit a question, EasyGPL processes the text you provide. This can include error messages, code, and documentation. Do not submit passwords, API keys, personal information about customers, or confidential material you are not allowed to share.
2. Why information is processed
Information is used to authenticate access, provide answers to submitted questions, maintain service availability, and protect the service against misuse. EasyGPL does not include advertising trackers or sell your questions.
3. Providers and sharing
The HTML website does not send login fields or questions to an authentication or AI provider. If a server-side Claude connection is enabled, this policy must be updated to describe the processing and applicable providers before use.
Providers may process data in countries outside your own. Their processing, operational logs, and retention are subject to their applicable policies and contractual terms. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.
4. Storage and retention
The current EasyGPL application does not save a conversation database or chat history. Your question and answer remain in the open page and are cleared when you refresh or close it. Requests are processed transiently on the server. Hosting, authentication, and AI providers may maintain their own records; this policy does not promise deletion from those provider systems on page closure.
5. Cookies and security
Hosting and authentication may use cookies or equivalent session mechanisms required for sign-in and security. EasyGPL does not set marketing cookies. API credentials are kept on the server and are not included in browser code. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You can stop submitting questions, close the workspace to clear its page contents, and sign out. Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, or complain to a relevant authority. Requests about platform-held account information should also be directed to the relevant provider.
7. Operator and privacy contact
EasyGPL is operated by the owner of this site. A verified operator name and dedicated privacy contact have not yet been supplied. Access remains restricted while this information is finalized; this policy must be updated before opening the service to public customers.
8. Changes
Changes to the service or data handling will be reflected here with an updated effective date. Review this policy before sharing sensitive context.
