Trust by design

Security at EasyGPL.

EasyGPL is built to assist WordPress professionals without putting their sites, code, or client data at risk. Here is exactly how we handle security and AI.

✓ No site access

EasyGPL never connects to, scans, or modifies your WordPress installation. All context is provided by you, and every change is applied by you.

✓ Encrypted in transit

All traffic to EasyGPL is served over HTTPS with modern TLS encryption, so your workspace data is protected end to end.

✓ Not used for training

Your conversations and shared context are not used to train AI models. What you share in your workspace stays in your workspace.

✓ Isolated by account

Workspace content is scoped to your account. Other users—including other teams on the same plan—cannot see your conversations.

AI transparency

EasyGPL uses AI models to generate explanations, checklists, and code suggestions. You should treat every output as a starting point, not a final answer.

How suggestions are generated

Responses are produced by AI models based on the context you provide—error messages, documentation, and code you choose to share. They can be incomplete or wrong.

Your responsibility

Verify suggestions against your own environment and plugin documentation. Back up your site and test changes on staging before production.

Data handling

What we collect

  • Account details (email, name)
  • Conversations you create in the workspace
  • Basic product usage analytics

What we never ask for

  • WordPress admin passwords
  • Hosting control panel credentials
  • API keys or private keys

If you accidentally share a secret, remove it from your workspace and rotate the credential.

Retention & deletion

You can delete conversations at any time. Deleting your account removes your workspace data from our systems.

Full policy

Details on data handling, cookies, and your rights are described in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
