Using EasyGPL

Terms of Service

Effective April 1, 2025. These terms cover access to the EasyGPL website and WordPress assistance workspace.

1. Access and accounts

Account authentication is not enabled in this HTML version. No paid subscription is offered through this version of the service. Any future account service will require updated access information and terms.

2. What the service does

EasyGPL provides assistance with WordPress questions, code, and supplied documentation when its AI connection is active. Homepage workflows are illustrative examples. The service does not connect to, scan, or modify your WordPress installation, and does not provide premium plugin licenses or vendor support.

3. Your content

You retain your rights to content you submit. You authorize its processing by EasyGPL and the providers needed to respond to your request. Submit only material you have permission to use. Do not submit credentials, sensitive personal data, unlawful content, or material that infringes another party’s rights.

4. Responsible use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, extract secrets, exploit other users, or use the service to facilitate abuse. Access may be restricted when needed to address misuse or security issues.

5. AI output and your responsibility

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions, checking applicable plugin documentation and licenses, keeping backups, and testing changes on staging. Do not rely on output as a guarantee of compatibility, security, license compliance, or professional advice.

6. Availability and limitations

Features may change or be unavailable, including when provider credentials are missing, usage limits are reached, or external services fail. No uptime commitment or guarantee of error-free results is offered. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available; nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Third-party services

ChatGPT authentication, hosting, Claude, WordPress, and plugin vendors are independent services with their own terms. EasyGPL does not imply endorsement by Anthropic, OpenAI, or WordPress.

8. Privacy and ending use

Read the Privacy Policy to understand data processing. You may stop using the service and sign out at any time. This application does not store a conversation history.

9. Operator and future updates

The verified legal operator, support contact, and applicable governing-law details have not yet been supplied. Site access remains restricted until the operator finalizes these details for a public launch. Changes will be published here with an updated effective date.
